Agent Remarks

This is a DUPLEX located on the corner of La Cienega & 104th St. Consisting of a larger 1 bedroom 1 bath unit and a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Both units are about the same sq feet. The 1 bedroom unit used to be a smaller 2 bedroom unit. The owner remolded it into its present larger 1 bedroom unit and while doing so increased the size of the living room and bedroom.
