There are high ceilings, lots of windows giving natural light and a great roomy kitchen. The home has not been remodeled, however, the bones are solid only a few changes could make it look quite up to date. The bedrooms and baths are off the hallway along with the nice size laundry room. A shed is located in the parking area, which also allows for three parked cars. The patio on the other side of the home is a great size to decorate and entertain on our great evenings. Please be aware all buyers must qualify to live in The Cayon. The criteria is a credit score of minimum 750, bank statements for six months showing at least $2835 income (single or joint) and if you have a dog it must be under 20 pounds or if larger, it must have a service dog certificate.
